Effective September 13, 2026. Lumber Weight is operated by Ipe Woods USA, LLC. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to help@ipewoods.com with “Lumber Weight privacy” in the subject. This notice covers our calculator, reference pages and inquiry service.
Calculations and browser storage
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. We do not automatically send calculation inputs to our CRM. Choosing “Use in material inquiry” saves a text record in session storage in that browser tab. You can review or remove it on the inquiry page. Browser restore features may retain a session; downloaded and printed records remain under your control. Avoid entering sensitive information into calculation notes.
Contact and inquiry information
When the online inquiry service is enabled, it collects your submitted name, email, optional phone and company, message, request intent and the calculation record you choose to attach. It also records the site, source page, submission identifier and delivery state. Optional SMS consent is separate. We use this information to respond and route the request to Ipe Woods USA’s CRM. The form remains unavailable until its connection is configured and verified.
Inquiry payloads are encrypted in site storage. The application does not currently apply automatic expiration to inquiry records. Records forwarded to the CRM have a separate lifecycle. Contact us for deletion or access requests; we may need to verify your identity and retain information where required.
Technical data and providers
Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure process connection and security information needed to deliver the service. The application uses a hashed, time-bucketed network address for submission rate limiting, with expired records cleaned on subsequent requests. Admin sign-in uses platform identity; audit records identify administrative actions without copying full messages or keys.
Our application does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting providers may use essential security cookies. Inquiries may be processed by Ipe Woods USA and its Base44 CRM. Information may be processed in locations where those services operate. We do not sell inquiry information through this application.
Your choices and updates
You may use the calculators without sending an inquiry. Only supply the information needed for your request. The service is not directed at children under 13. Rights and applicable exceptions depend on your location; contact the address above to make a request. We will update this notice when material processing changes. Calling the dedicated number uses a separate phone service; do not disclose sensitive information in a call.
